We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to transform our influencer channel into a predictable, data-driven growth engine.
You'll take over the influencer channel and scale it: manage agency relationships, build an in-house team, create systems for consistently producing high-performing content, and tie it all back to business metrics like CAC.
Complete a paid trial project (10–15 hours, fully compensated)
Run the influencer marketing channel: $50k/month budget, 15-20 integrations across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Lower CAC through smarter influencer selection, performance analysis, and optimizing the platform mix.
Manage relationships with influencer agencies — negotiate rates, brief them on campaigns, and make sure they deliver results.
Build in-house influencer sourcing to reduce agency dependency and cut costs.
Get high-performing content from influencers that the performance team can reuse (Spark Ads, paid social).
Dig into the data: analyze what works by influencer audience size, platform, topic, and format. Test new platforms and formats (TikTok micro-influencers, Twitter/X, Twitch) — run experiments, track what works.
Work with Analytics to set up proper attribution and track how influencer campaigns drive traffic and sales.
20 days of paid vacation and paid sick leave per year.
~ Option to work from our European office in Belgrade, or fully remote from home.
Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

4+ years in influencer marketing. Strong analytical skills — you actually like digging into spreadsheets, comparing performance across platforms and influencer types, and using data to make decisions. Experience managing influencer budgets of $50k+/month and tracking metrics like CPL, CAC, CPM, ROAS.
~ Hands-on experience running campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — you know what content works on each platform and how to track results.
~ Experience working with agencies and freelancers — briefing them, negotiating rates, and holding them accountable.
~ Understanding of how influencer content can be reused for paid ads (Spark Ads, UGC).
~ Ability to build repeatable processes: how you find influencers, how you vet them, how you track what's working.
~ English B2+ — you'll work with the US market and American colleagues.
Built an in-house influencer team or moved a company from agencies to doing it internally.
Experience with micro-influencer campaigns at scale (50+ creators).
Launched experimental influencer initiatives on emerging platforms (Twitch, Discord, Twitter/X).
Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms for discovery, outreach, and tracking.
