What you will do
1. Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
2. Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products
3. Drive complex situations to team solutions
4. Lead sub-projects that execute process development tasks
5. Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes
6. Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
7. Investigate competitor processes and technologies
What you will need
8. Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
9. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, depending on educational credentials
10. Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on discrete devices
11. Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment
12. Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy
13. Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
14. Good organization and planning skills
15. Good communication skills and fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
