We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead new business development and regional sales growth across the DACH market. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with deep knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, and related digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in the IT and SAP ecosystem.
* Build and manage long-term client relationships, understanding business goals and translating them into tailored service solutions.
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans that align with company objectives.
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape customer proposals and ensure solution alignment.
* Stay informed on SAP and cloud technology trends to effectively position offerings.
Requirements
* 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, ideally within SAP and S/4HANA.
* Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
* Experience leading or contributing to regional sales operations is advantageous.
