Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive (DevOps Transformation SaaS within the Salesforce Ecosystem)
Location: Germany(Remote) - Travel within Germany as needed

Salary: €100K-€1200K+ Fixed (depending on experience) + €100K-€120K Uncapped Variable + Equity + Excellent Benefits package including WFH Stipend.

About this Enterprise Account Executive role
Brief Summary of Role
* Enterprise Account Executive.
* Develop a solid strategy for targeting Mid and Enterprise customers within the Salesforce Development Ecosystem.
* Build an effective go-to-market strategy.
* Particular focus on working with partners within the Salesforce ecosystem to drive joint opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing in brief:
* Securing new logos with mid - enterprise businesses, as well as looking for expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
* Developing and driving the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the Enterprise Segment
* Collaborating with your wider Business Development / Sales Engineering team to define and deliver compelling value propositions
* Supporting all aspects of regional development including, but not limited to, attending marketing events, meeting with customers, and influencers from different channels (Implementation partners, ISVs and Salesforce.com Sales and Customer Success groups)
* Engaging with your customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal
* Outbound prospecting activities and pipeline generation.
* Understanding customer growth goals, strategies and initiatives, and establishing our SaaS solution as a best-in-class Salesforce DevOps solution.
* Deliver compelling business propositions to ensure a value-based engagement with all clients and prospects.
We Are Looking for Someone With
* 4+ years of recent Mid - Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS.
* Experience in selling to C-Level Level and navigating across both IT and business units.
* Strong expertise in using sales methodologies like MEDDPIC to build pipeline and qualify opportunities effectively.
* Ideally, an exposure to the Salesforce Ecosystem / Salesforce client netrwork.
* Hunter mindset. Strong background in new business hunting with an ability to build and grow your own pipeline.
* Emotionally intelligent with an ability to listen and understand a client's challenges
* Extensive experience in consultative sales solutions with strong business acumen, who will excel at communicating a clear and compelling return on investment value, effectively guiding clients through the decision-making process.
* Be a motivated and results-orientated team player with high energy.
