Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line technical support to staff across various departments
* Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, software, and hardware issues
* Support and maintain Office IT infrastructure including printers, access points, and thin clients
* Perform basic networking tasks such as configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN
* Collaborate with 2nd/3rd line support teams as needed
* Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
* Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Requirement s:
* Fluent in German (C1 or above) and a strong command of English (B2+)
* Reside near Wiesbaden or Meiningen and able to work on-site
* Educational background in IT (e.g. Fachinformatiker or similar qualification)
* Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
* Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
* Windows OS and user administration
* Thin clients
* Office infrastructure (e.g., printers, Wi-Fi access points)
