What you’ll do & Who you are Key Responsibilities Define and drive the audience data monetization roadmap, from strategy to commercial rollout Drive business development for data revenue streams, including data cooperations, 2nd-party partnerships, DSP integrations, and direct data monetization opportunities (e.g. Data Pure deals) Collaborate with CDP, Sales, Product, and Legal to create privacy-safe, scalable data products Develop industry-relevant audience segments and taxonomies based on user behavior Support Sales with enablement, training, and direct client engagements Monitor performance of data products and optimize based on ROI and market feedback Advocate for data-driven advertising across Kleinanzeigen and the broader marke Qualifications 5 years in digital advertising, audience data strategy, or AdTech Proven track record in data commercialization, CDP activation, and segment monetization Deep understanding of GDPR, consent frameworks, and privacy-safe advertising Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and audience targeting tools Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional settings Fluent in German and English; strong communicator across technical and commercial domains Passion for driving change in the advertising industry towards more sustainable, ethical, and responsible practices.
