To strengthen our customer relationships and expand our technical sales organisation, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Engineering at the Karlsruhe site at the earliest possible date. 1. Be responsible for Business development activities through networking in the field of embedded systems with a focus on SW development & quality, functional safety and cyber security
2. Observe trends in his field of knowledge and act proactively on them
3. Represent the technical expertise of your field of knowledge to customers as well as internally
4. Represent Hitex at s pecialist events and trade fairs - as a participant and speaker
5. Conduct webinars and workshops
6. Be introduced to the team and the job by a mentor

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
7. Completed studies in Engineering such as Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
8. Ideally +5 years of professional experience with a focus on the development of embedded systems, Software Quality, SW testing and cyber security
9. Experience in business development
10. Good German and English communication skills
