Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a client specialized in the industrial sector located in Bissen.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Participate in regular customer meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and customer portals.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration or a similar role.
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is mandatory.
French is considered an asset.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Temporary assignment with a strong possibility of permanent employment.
Full-time position based in Bissen.
One day of remote work per week once fully autonomous.
