Intro Clariness is looking for an Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg. - Full-time / limited contract Tasks As an Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you would be responsible for: Developing and implementing high-level, results-driven nationwide digital marketing strategies focused on patient recruitment for clinical trials. Overseeing and guiding the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, display networks, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Conducting A/B testing and optimize digital assets for conversion rates. Developing and executing content strategies to promote clinical trials across websites, email marketing, and social media. Working closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with study goals. Organizing OKR brainstorming sessions with the team to develop and set online marketing objectives. Driving cross-functional goals and work with other departments to enhance performance. Leading large analysis of campaign performance, focusing on patient engagement and conversion rates. Using data insights to continually optimize campaigns. Driving innovative approaches to patient recruitment by staying ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging new tools, and implementing best practices to improve lead quality and recruitment efficiency. Requirements We would like you to have: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proven track record of managing digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, email marketing and affiliate) and driving conversion-based campaigns. In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Tableau). Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members of marketers. Expertise in SEO and content strategy are bonus. Experience working with pharma and clinical trial sponsors are bonus. Benefits You may ask now, why should I work for you?
