Your tasks – what you can look forward to
* Efficient Secretariat Management: You take on administrative tasks and ensure a smooth workflow.
* Travel and Event Management: You coordinate and organize business trips and events.
* Structured Document Creation: You support in creating and formatting reports and protocols.
* Efficient Office Organization: You handle mail processing, correspondence, and scheduling.
* Sovereign Communication: You are the central contact person for internal and external partners.
* Support for Department Heads: You relieve department heads of administrative tasks.
Your profile – What we expect
* You have a completed commercial education or a comparable qualification.
* You have initial professional experience in the secretariat, administration or clinic sector.
* You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* You work structured, carefully and independently.
* You appear friendly and professionally and convince through your pronounced team ability.
* You are service-oriented, communicatively strong and possess a well-developed organizational talent.
* You are resilient, flexible and maintain an overview, even in hectic situations.
