* Highly skilled in LEAP to solve issues with travel agencies and GSAs in the market.
Tasks
* Plan, deploy, manage and monitor sales and support efforts ensuring that the Multireisen system is accepted and proactively used, by the travel trade, within the territory to meet revenue targets.
* Plan, manage, coordinate and creatively implement destination and product training or refreshers for the system to ensure they possess in-depth and current knowledge, which is mandatory to utilize the Multireisen system effectively.
* Responsible to co-ordinate internally and deliver to the travel trade assistance, training, support, or solutions to any issues related to quotations, bookings, and documentation from the Multireisen system
* Establish, manage and enhance a network of professional contacts, to proactively monitor and report on market leisure trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities or threats for Multireisen and implementing action to exploit opportunities or achieve creative solutions to protect Multireisen positioning and revenue.
* Provide brief monthly and annual reports, incorporating results achieved, activity completed, and costs (financial and workforce) that directly impacted the results.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree or Honors in Business Administration, Sales Development, or Marketing
a high-quality achiever with a proven ability to exercise mature professional judgment and quick and responsive decision-making in a commercial service-related environment. Must possess excellent knowledge of the tourism industry and tour operations combined with superior written and oral skills in English (additional languages an advantage). Must have a high-quality presentation, analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, time management, and report writing skills. Must be technology literate with existing industry credibility and a contact network.
