Your Mission
• System Updates in Customer Support:
o Manage and maintain software for both international and domestic customers, implementing new software/firmware updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements within the designated maintenance windows on a Linux environment.
o Ensure all updates are completed with minimal disruption, aligned with customer requirements, and supported by clear, timely communication to keep customers informed throughout the update process.
• Documentation:
o Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of all actions taken, including analysis results and customer communications, in our ticketing system.
o Prepare detailed problem outputs and resolutions for handover to the back-office team when needed.
• Collaboration:
o Engage closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Managers, and Technical Sales to align support efforts with overall project goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
o Coordinate, negotiate, and schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with customers or Project Managers to ensure all work is completed smoothly and effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To join our team, YOU must HAVE:
• A degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• First relevant professional experience in a technical support, software, or IT operations role
• Strong Linux (SUSE, RHEL) and Windows knowledge, including scripting (Bash, Python, Perl)
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB
• Solid IP networking knowledge (VPN, Firewall, routing, remote access)
• Experience with 2nd level support and technical troubleshooting
• Good English skills; German and additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE, PSTN/ISDN/VoIP, LTE/5G core networks, and end-to-end testing is beneficial
