Team Lead IT Position
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to assume the role of Team Lead for our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and driving strategic development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team leadership: Technical management of the IT team, motivation, induction, goal setting, coaching.
* Project management: Planning, implementation, control, and monitoring of IT projects (infrastructure, software).
* IT strategy: Development and implementation of concepts to optimize IT systems and processes.
* IT infrastructure & support: Ensuring operation, availability, and 1st to 3rd level support; coordinating external service providers.
* IT security: Increasing IT security and ensuring compliance.
* Interface management: Link between team, management, and specialist departments; communication with customers.
Requirements:
* Technical: Sound technical know-how (infrastructure, network, software), experience in project management. Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist, or demonstrable knowledge in the field of IT systems - career changers also welcome.
* Methodical: Analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, budget responsibility.
* Personal: Strong communication skills, empathy, leadership skills, sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality.
