In this operational and highly results-oriented role, you will work closely with executives to identify, approach, and retain qualified talent. You will independently manage the entire recruiting process and make a significant contribution to a positive candidate experience.

Your tasks
8. Responsibility for the entire recruiting process (end-to-end) for various positions in Germany and the EMEA region
9. Review and pre-selection of resumes based on defined requirement profiles
10. Proactive identification and direct approach of candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal talent pools
11. Close collaboration with hiring managers to align job profiles, market conditions and recruiting strategies.
12. Organization and coordination of job interviews, as well as ensuring a professional process for all involved.
13. Central contact person for candidates throughout the entire application process
14. Support in preparing proposals and accompanying contract negotiations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
15. Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS), taking into account local guidelines and legal requirements.
16. Contributing to the continuous optimization of recruiting processes, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your profile
17. Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally as a Talent Acquisition Partner or recruiter with a focus on the German market
18. Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
19. Solid experience in direct search, resume analysis and candidate evaluation
20. Confident demeanor when dealing with hiring managers and the ability to provide sound and practical recruiting advice.
21. Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially in the area of interview management

26. Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
27. Structured, detail-oriented and proactive work style with a strong focus on quality and results.
28. Interest in the further development of recruiting processes and the improvement of the candidate experience
