As a motivated IT supporter (m/f/d) or IT specialist for system integration, you will support the team on site in driving IT processes forward and relieving colleagues. Here you will have the opportunity not only to act as a supporter, but also to play an active role in the design and documentation of processes. Previous knowledge of tools such as SQL or PowerBI is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - much more important to us is your passion for IT and your desire to develop yourself further.

Your tasks
6. You are the first point of contact for our customer colleagues in production and assist them with various support issues such as user installation and simple rollout and installation processes.
7. You will actively participate in the validation and description of change processes and thus contribute to quality assurance.
8. The documentation of processes in Confluence and the maintenance of LeanIX are also part of your core tasks.
9. You will create training documentation and user manuals to facilitate the day-to-day work of users.
10. You will assist in the preparation of support documentation and carry out queries in the individual plants.
General data:
11. Remote: 3 days/week (at least 2 days on site)
Your profile
12. IT background: You have completed training or a degree in IT and have a high affinity for IT topics. You are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics and take on responsibility.
13. Initial experience: You already have initial experience in IT support and ideally an understanding of rollout and installation processes as well as validation and change processes.
14. Strong communication skills: you are a motivated team player who has good interpersonal skills and is solution-oriented.
15. Language skills: Very good German language skills are essential for communication within the team. A good command of English (at least B2) is desirable.
