The Position
Our Team, MDM Product, manages Product master data objects for all company products, worldwide. As Senior Analyst, you support users from various departments, act as a data steward, and assure that the master data records comply with agreed standards. This position is limited to 2 years.
Tasks & responsibilities
* One of your key responsibilities is processing requests and workflows for Product master data objects (such as substance, primary packaging, drug product, brand, finished product).
* You assure that the product objects are being created according to agreed maintenance criteria and naming convention.
* Additionally, you assist in creation of chemical and biological products.
* You perform data analyses and mass changes of records, where required.
* Moreover, you provide guidance to users on the maintenance of pharmaceutical products as well as user support on business related questions and navigation in the master data databases.
* You communicate system changes to all users and provide MDM concepts and system training for new users.
* You proactively resolve issues with stakeholders.
* Moreover, you discuss with subject matter experts from different domains.
* Periodically monitor the data quality and start initiatives to improve it accordingly.
* Independently manage data cleansing projects.
Requirements
* Master's degree or diploma in life sciences (chemistry/biology/pharmacy/related domain) is required
* Several years of experience in medical data management or process management or data analytics in pharma is preferred
* Project management experience
* Sound knowledge of quality systems and quality management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills to understand complex connections in data models
* Team player with pronounced communication skills working in a cross-functional and international environment with businesses and production sites
* Excited about learning and continuous improvement
Fluency in English is a must
