The Manager Global Process SuccessFactors is accountable for the strategic development, governance, and operational support of the assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Succession Management, Learning) and associated processes. The role ensures that global and local business requirements are met, processes are standardized, and systems operate efficiently in alignment with Group IT and organizational standards. The position plays a key role in designing, aligning, and gaining agreement for global HR processes, while fostering collaboration across regions.
Key Accountabilities
* Strategy & Governance
o Define and implement a global strategy for continuous development and optimization of assigned modules.
o Establish and enforce global standards, guidelines, and best practices.
o Steer governance and decision-making processes for system and process changes.
* System Management
o Manage system configuration and module settings in partnership with Group IT.
o Ensure modules meet evolving business and process requirements.
* Cross-Module Integration
o Collaborate with other Global Process Managers and SMEs on cross-module initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Succession Management, Learning) with proven product/process ownership.
* Experience in global rollout projects, change management, and process optimization.
* Experience in Works Council alignment (beneficial).
* Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving.
* Ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
* Fluency in English; additional group languages beneficial.
