Overview and Responsibilities
* Experienced and performance driven leadership personality with responsibility for all HR matters (HR BPs, Talent Management, HR Operations)
* Part of the senior management team
* Reporting line into the CFO/GM
* Managing 7 direct reports and an HR Team of 13 people
* Key responsibilities are overseeing the cost of labor and well-working recruitment. Also being the first contact person for our Works Council members and the Union.
Qualifications
* Looking for a strong, result oriented and experienced leader
* 5-10 years’ HR-experience in a similar position and deep labour law knowledge
* Experience in cost management and negotiations with works councils and Unions
* An empathic leader who loves networking and bringing people together
* Good mix of working operational and being strategic. Looking for real hands-on-person.
* German speaker on a professional level, and a fluent English is a must
* Travelling and visiting our stores around Germany (once a month)
