We’re looking for a strategic leader to shape and elevate transport and warehouse excellence across a complex global network with the main focus in Europe. This is a newly created, central role operating through influence partnering with local Supply Chain Managers to drive optimisation, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Lead
* Define the global logistics excellence strategy across transport and warehousing.
* Partner with local Supply Chain Managers to identify optimisation and cost‑saving opportunities.
* Lead transportation tenders, including process design and supplier selection.
* Oversee and challenge logistics processes across 12 warehouse sites.
* Drive strategic initiatives such as network optimization, automation, sustainability, and digital transformation of logistics flows
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on logistics capabilities, risks, and investment opportunities
* Lead global performance reviews, build warehouse & logistics KPIs and define continuous improvement programs
* Contribute to transformation projects, including SAP‑related improvements.
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience in logistics within multinational, matrixed environments.
* Deep expertise in global transport and warehouse operations.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑regional initiatives without direct line authority.
* Strong process and system design capabilities and highly analytical, data‑driven mindset.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
* Fluency in English; additional languages welcome.
