Our client is a fund management company based in Luxembourg, managing a diversified portfolio of Private Equity, Real Estate funds and SPVs.
As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to hire a Fund Accountant who can handle the full accounting cycle for several entities and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team where versatility and initiative are valued.
Your responsibilities :
* Manage the day-to-day accounting for several PE, RE and SPV entities
* Prepare period-end closings, financial statements and annual accounts
* Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, monitor cash flows
* Support the preparation of financial reports for fund managers and auditors
* Liaise with auditors, banks, and other third parties
* Contribute to tax compliance tasks (knowledge of Luxembourg tax is an advantage)

Your profile :
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation
* Proven experience in fund accounting or SPV accounting (fiduciary or management company)
* Proficient in Bob 50 and Sage
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, with excellent accuracy
* Detail-oriented, autonomous, and eager to take ownership of your work
* Enjoy working in a small team environment (5 people) where flexibility and engagement are key
