Teaser For our Business Unit Components, we are looking for a motivated Test Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team for a duration of 12 month. Your mission You will be responsible for the test, qualification and commissioning of scientific instruments. You will perform the internal and external acceptance tests. You are responsible for filing order-related documentation, such as internal and external acceptance tests reports. You operate our instruments and test machines, conduct quality control and perform production tasks. Your profile You have successfully completed a scientific or technical degree, doctorate optional. Experience with ultra-high-vacuum equipment is desired. Ideally, you already have experience in experimental photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS/UPS) and with UHV instrumentation You have experience with the installation and testing of complex electrical and mechanical systems. You enjoy working in a team and have strong problem-solving skills, are also very self-organized and goal-oriented. Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
