Your tasks As an EE Release Engineer, you manage and coordinate the release of electrical and electronic components and systems throughout the product development lifecycle. You act as a key interface between design, validation, and safety teams, ensuring releases are accurate, strategically planned, on time, and compliant with internal and external standards. Your tasks: Own the end-to-end release process for EE components and systems Plan and coordinate release schedules and dependencies across multiple platforms and product lines Ensure timely and accurate release of EE documentation and technical artifacts Maintain and continuously update release documentation including engineering change notices, release packages, and configuration records Ensure traceability and strict version control of all released EE components Collaborate closely with design, validation, and quality teams to ensure release readiness Lead cross-functional alignment and drive execution of release activities Support configuration management and version control of EE artifacts using release tools Identify opportunities to streamline release workflows and implement process improvements Monitor release KPIs and drive continuous improvement of release efficiency and accuracy Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related field 3+ years of experience in release or configuration management Familiarity with automotive or industrial product development cycles Strong understanding of EE design principles and documentation standards Experience with PLM systems and release tools and/or Atlassian tools are a plus Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling OEM environment and/or with autonomous vehicle development and AD features are a plus Your Personality Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
