Key Sales Leadership Role



About the Job


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our technical sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers. You will work closely with our engineering team to provide customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with sales partners worldwide, shaping annual sales targets, and achieving growth goals. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering quotes, managing order processing, and working alongside our technical support team to address customer needs.


Travel Requirements:


This role requires occasional travel to engage with clients and attend industry events. Fluency in German and English is required, as well as the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levels.


Required Skills and Qualifications


* Relevant Education: Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Photonics, Metrology), or equivalent experience in industrial engineering with a strong technical background.
* Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers.
* Communication Excellence: Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
* Collaborative & Independent: A proactive, team-oriented personality with the drive to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.
* Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel to engage with clients and attend industry events.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office/LibreOffice; experience with tools like InDesign, GIMP, or Photoshop is a plus.
