* Conducting market research and acquiring new customers within Germany
* Sales activities
* Daily phone and online communication with customers
* Regular customer updates regarding prices, promotions, and new product launches
* Processing orders
* Preparing quotations and completing administrative tasks related to the job
* Initiating cold calls and cold emails
* Daily and weekly reporting during the probation period; weekly and monthly reporting after the probation period
* Personal visits to partners
* Primary workplace is home office, combined with on-site visits
* Native-level German language skills
* Intermediate level of English
* Secondary education qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks well during the first few months (3–6 months) of cold outreach
* Beginner salespeople can apply as well
