A Moving Experience.
We are looking for a motivated UX Research Student Worker to support our UX research team in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research activities. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in applied UX research while contributing to real-world product development.
You will work closely with UX researchers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help ensure that user needs, behaviors, and expectations are reflected in our products.
Responsibilities
1. Support the planning and execution of user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests)
2. Assist in recruiting participants and coordinating research sessions
3. Help prepare research materials such as discussion guides, consent forms, and questionnaires
4. Conduct note-taking, transcription, and basic qualitative analysis
5. Support quantitative data analysis (e.g., survey results)
6. Help synthesize findings into clear insights, summaries, and presentations
7. Assist in maintaining research documentation and repositories
8. Support day-to-day research operations and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
9. Enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field such as:
Psychology
Human-Computer Interaction
UX / Interaction Design
Cognitive Science
Social Sciences or a related discipline
10. Basic understanding of UX research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative)
11. Strong analytical and organizational skills
12. Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form
13. Attention to detail and structured working style
14. Good English skills (German is a plus, depending on context)
15. Reliable, proactive, and curious mindset
Nice to Have
16. First hands-on experience with UX research or usability testing
17. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, or survey tools
18. Basic knowledge of statistics or qualitative analysis methods
19. Interest in digital products, AI, or human-centered design
