Head of Sales Technical Service D-A-CH (m/f/d) - Full Time - Germany

In this challenging and varied role, you will lead the sales team for technical service products in the D-A-CH region. The core goal is profitable growth in the service region as well as the (continued) development and implementation of our sales strategy required for this.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Leading the sales team of currently 10 sales engineers in the D-A-CH region
2. (Continued) development and implementation of the sales strategy including analysis of market information and trends
3. Support of sales staff with key customers and projects
4. Creative collaboration in the Sales Management Team ENA (Europe, North Africa)
5. Participation in the (further) development of the pricing strategy for our products
6. Budget and forecast responsibility for the region
7. Ensuring central KPIs (esp. order intake, pipeline)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
8. Successfully completed college / university degree in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration (or comparable qualification)
9. Multiple years of relevant professional experience in technical sales (including management responsibility) in a comparable environment
10. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
11. Strong communication and leadership skills as well as customer and service orientation
12. High level of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
