What you'll do
* Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication and training plans, to support IT and business transformations using the ADKAR model
* Design and deliver engaging communication campaigns and training programs to prepare employees for new systems and processes
* Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to integrate change management into project plans and ensure alignment
* Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness for change, and gather feedback to refine strategies and improve adoption rates
* Act as a key advisor to stakeholders, coaching leaders on how to sponsor and support change initiatives effectively
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, with several years of experience in change management or digital transformation
* Proven expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies using methodologies like PROSCI ADKAR
* Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and deliver training across multiple channels
* Analytical thinker with experience in impact assessments and ad-hoc analyses to guide decision-making
* Collaborative and adaptable team player, skilled at integrating change management into projects and working in dynamic environments
