* You possess at least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
* Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
* You have in-depth knowledge of a JVM based language and Python and industry best practices for designing a scalable and robust system.
* You demonstrate strategic thinking, understanding the interdependencies between engineering and other functions, and align goals accordingly.
* You have a proven track record of leading and guiding engineering teams, aligning team objectives with company strategy, and managing team performance.
* You are experienced in managing technically complex projects and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
* You are fluent in English and conversational German is a plus.
