At Wolt, we're building a global Ads & Promotions business that helps brands and merchants reach customers at the point of intent both inside our app and across a growing network of off-app partners. As this business scales across 30+ markets, we're looking for a pragmatic, highly experienced Global Head of Ad Operations to build and lead our global Ad Operations function.
And someone who knows what "enterprise-grade" actually looks like: predictable SLAs, clean billing, auditable data flows, and zero surprises on launch day.

As our Global Head of Ad Operations, you'll build and run the end-to-end campaign operations function for both our in-app and rapidly expanding off-app channels.
Build and standardize the global campaign lifecycle - From deal handoff to creative intake, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization and billing — you'll define the playbook, SLAs, and automation that make campaigns run smoothly across all markets.
Be the operational owner for partner integrations - Oversee onboarding, runbooks, data flows, reconciliation, and ongoing governance for our key platform partners.
Build and scale the global Ad Ops team - Centralize local specialists under one org, define roles and growth paths, hire new talent, and run global enablement for Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams.
Run continuous improvement - Maintain the global playbook, lead training, manage escalations, and run postmortems when needed. 8–12+ years of Ad Ops / Campaign Ops / Platform Ops leadership in ad tech, retail media, marketplaces, DSPs/SSPs, or agencies — ideally with global scope.
~ Deep expertise in trafficking and campaign management, ad servers, creative formats (display/video/HTML5), deeplink/click mechanics, SDK/event flows (AppsFlyer or similar), and QA.
~ Hands-on knowledge of walled gardens and programmatic ecosystems (Meta/TikTok/Google + DSP/SSP flows like StackAdapt, Magnite, Koddi) and managing data flows for off-app activations.
~ A strong track record building global SOPs, SLAs, runbooks, and automations that improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
~ Confidence with data — defining ops metrics, building dashboards, running RCA; SQL/BI skills are a plus.
~ You'll take ownership of the global engine that powers one of Wolt's fastest-growing businesses, turning Sales wins into real results for brands and merchants across 30+ markets. You'll build and lead a unified global Ad Ops team, partner closely with senior leaders, and set the standard for how campaigns run across our markets, with a clear path toward broader Ads/Platform leadership roles.
