For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are seeking a qualified ME Technical Shopfloor Support MCA H160 (m/f/d) on a temporary staffing basis. In this responsible role as a production planner or manufacturing engineer, you will be the direct interface between production and engineering. Your tasks
9. Analysis, evaluation and design of complex workflows, tooling and testing using APQP elements
10. Creation and maintenance of extensive manufacturing structures for the MCA H160
11. Planning and documentation of testing times, taking into account innovative and existing manufacturing processes
12. Direct technical support for production (shop floor support) including troubleshooting and analysis on the helicopter
13. Identification of weaknesses in the production process and implementation of efficiency measures for continuous improvement (CIP)
14. Interface management: Integrating insights from manufacturing into engineering to optimize equipment and processes.
15. Supporting the shop floor during the ramp-up management of new program variants and process changes
Your profile
16. Qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d) in a technical field
17. Several years of professional experience (over 3 years) in manufacturing/production as well as in production planning or manufacturing engineering
18. In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Catia V5 is mandatory.
19. Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
20. Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and ideally experience with ERP and PLM tools (Windchill, Delmia)
21. Fluent German and advanced English skills
22. High resilience, teamwork skills and a solution-oriented approach to work on the shop floor
23. General willingness to undertake occasional business trips
