Your seat to fill:
1. Manage national and international payment transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
2. Handle intercompany payment transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
3. Prepare daily cash reports and support ongoing liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring.
4. Administer company credit cards, including issuance, monitoring, and alignment with internal policies.
5. Manage and maintain bank accounts, including disposition, account setup, documentation, and coordination with banking partners.
6. Support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely treasury-related entries and reconciliations.
7. Contribute to various ad hoc tasks and treasury-related projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Treasury
Your stroll to CYBEX:
8. Commercial or financial education; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage
9. First experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance is preferred, but motivated career starters are also welcome
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
11. First experience with online banking tools is beneficial but not mandatory, good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
12. Proactive, reliable, and organized working style with the ability to handle multiple tasks
13. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
14. Good command of English and German (German is preferred but not a must); additional languages are a plus
