Global Key Account Director - Real Estate Developers & Investors (f/m/d) role at Heidelberg Materials

At evoZero, we are rewriting the rules of construction. We are the world's first and only decarbonized cement powered by carbon capture and storage (CCS). Our mission is simple but bold: increase the value of global assets by reducing the cost of decarbonization.

For decades, asset owners, developers, and builders have had no real way to cut their Scope 3 emissions without compromising performance or paying rising costs for carbon offsets. evoZero changes that. The same cement they've always trusted, now re‑engineered to eliminate emissions. No substitutes. No compromises.

This is more than a sales role. This is a chance to shape entire industries, influence global sustainability agendas, and secure lighthouse partnerships with some of the most powerful organizations in the world.

Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a Global Key Account Director - Real Estate Developers & Investors (f/m/d). In this role you establish evoZero as the premium choice for sustainability‑driven developers and investors. Secure lighthouse projects in iconic real‑estate developments, align with green finance strategies, and drive adoption across global portfolios.

You will directly report to Vice President Global Sales & Marketing evoZero & evoBuild carbon capture. The location is flexible - the role has a global remit with a focus on North America and Europe. Approximately 50% travel is required, and the position can be based in Canada, the USA, or any EU country.


YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

* Develop and own global account plans for top real estate developers and investors.
* Position evoZero within green building frameworks (LEED, BREEAM, DGNB).
* Partner with architects, designers, and ESG investors to influence early project specifications.
* Negotiate framework agreements covering multiple geographies and project types.
* Build proof points that attract green finance instruments and premium valuations.


YOUR PROFILE

* Track record selling into global real estate developers/investors (e.g., Edge, Prologis, Vonovia, CapitaLand, Lendlease).
* Knowledge of green building certifications and sustainability reporting frameworks.
* Strong network across developers, architects, designers, and ESG decision‑makers.
* Skilled at translating sustainability into ROI, investor confidence, and asset value.
* Enterprise hunter who can create lighthouse references and codify playbooks.
