Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist/ Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nanofilm. Nanofilm is a leading provider of nanotechnology solutions, leveraging its proprietary technologies, core competencies in R&D, engineering and production, to provide technology-based solutions, through its operations across Asia and Europe, across a wide range of industries.
This role is to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for the company's European operations, ensuring full alignment with Group financial policies, performance expectations, and reporting standards.
This role is accountable for driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A), overseeing both operational and project budget control, and delivering cost transparency through 4M-based operational finance practices.
The position also leads fixed asset, Capex, and investment management processes, ensuring disciplined capital deployment and post-investment review. Acting as a key partner to both local and Group leadership, the role supports sustainable business growth through strong financial governance, decision support, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore, traveling frequently to Europe to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate financial standards.
