About this position
With a broad and expanding scope of features in our platform, we need a Product Enablement Manager to become the "Oracle" of allO. You will be the ultimate expert on how our product works—including its deepest functionalities, nuances, and current limitations.
This isn't a traditional product marketing role aimed at the public; instead, you are the internal Ambassador of our product. You will ensure that every member of our team has the deep product knowledge required to excel. Your Profile | What you should bring
* Technical Aptitude: A technical background is a huge plus; we warmly welcome ambitious university graduates with a technical degree.
* Documentation Specialist: You have a passion for organization and a talent for turning complex technical information into easy-to-digest internal documentation.
* Communication & Presentation: You are an "easygoing" people person who is confident in conducting training sessions and creating engaging video demos.
* Creative & Analytical: You are a natural problem-solver who can think on your feet when faced with complex product scenarios.
* Language & Location: You are based in Berlin. You speak fluent English; German skills are not required.
* Enthusiasm: You are excited about the future of gastronomy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities | What you will do
* The Product Oracle: Act as the primary internal point of reference for all product-related questions, maintaining a deep understanding of our platform’s extensive feature set.
* Internal Onboarding & Training: Partner with our HR team to conduct product training for all new joiners.
* Commercial & Ops Empowerment: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Onboarding, and Support to ensure they have the "power-user" product knowledge necessary to perform.
* Documentation & Knowledge Base: Collaborate with the Product Operations Manager to ensure all new features and updates are properly documented and informed to the internal team.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality demo videos and visual guides to showcase product functionality and updates to the commercial and operations teams.
* Creative Problem Solving: Use your technical mindset to come up with creative solutions and workarounds for complex problems or edge cases.
