4. Cross-Regional Communication & Alignment: Ensure seamless communication within the global AF HR team and serve as a bridge between regions, Corporate HR and Centers of Expertise. Coordinate feedback loops, information flow and alignment on global HR topics.
5. Collaboration with Centers of Expertise: Act as an internal consultant and project partner for Corporate HR CoEs to ensure high-quality delivery and usability of global HR products, tools and systems within AF.
6. Continuous Improvement & Simplification: Identify opportunities to simplify, optimise or harmonise HR processes, systems, services and policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase effectiveness, transparency and customer satisfaction.
7. Capability Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication, training, and empowerment measures across regions to strengthen HR capability and ensure adoption of global HR initiatives and tools.
