About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and revenue for our organization. As Head of Sales Specialties, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective global sales strategy based on product requirements.
* You will lead your international management team, develop talents, and create a high-performance environment.
* Your key tasks will include maximizing profit contribution in the Business Unit by analyzing market trends, customer relationships, and operational sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Leverage data analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes.
5. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budget planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Your Profile
* You have a degree in economics or a related field with a focus on sales, finance, or similar.
* You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with 7 years of management experience and preferably experience abroad.
* You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
