We are looking for a customer-focused Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on End User Computing (EUC) support in a dynamic, international environment.
About us:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite EUC support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and problems within SLAs
* Support Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 365, and application environments
* Perform OS imaging, PC setup, software deployment, and asset management using SCCM
* Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
* Guide end users with technical advice and basic training
* Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a customer-facing EUC / Desktop / Onsite support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, and MS Office 365
* Experience with incident, problem, request, and asset management
* Good understanding of Microsoft technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in German
