Role description:
For our sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with a technical background and at least two years of sales experience in sales. As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer throughout all stages—from initial acquisition to ongoing development.
Your tasks:
* Acquisition of new customers.
* Negotiation of agreements and conditions with customers.
* Preparation and creation of quotations based on agreed conditions.
* Development of customer specific components in collaboration with the key account and colleagues from development.
* Support the customers in commercial and technical matters.
* Close cooperation with colleagues from sales, engineering, quality management, and administration to achieve optimal overall solutions.
* Close cooperation with partners and suppliers in Germany and abroad.

Your profile:
* Degree in engineering or sales
* Experience in sales and Key Account management
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Professional proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus
* Interest and basic understanding of sensor technology and electrical components
* Knowledge of HVAC and/or HoReCa sectors (preferred)
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
