Your task
* You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
* With your precise error analysis, you identify hardware and software problems and rectify them
* In case of technical questions and problems, you look after our users and provide support
* In your team, you will be responsible for IT and server administration as well as user administration
* You will be responsible for monitoring the company network and IT security
* You create the documentation of the IT landscape and the measures implemented
Your qualification
* Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
* You impress with your expertise in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
* You have already gained practical experience in IT and server administration
* You are characterized by your service-oriented appearance in user support
* You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English
