Procurement Excellence Manager
The role of Procurement Excellence Manager involves overseeing the procurement process to ensure efficient workflows, represent strategic procurement for process/system/tools/method/KPI questions, drive support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders, developing a data-driven culture, ensuring the availability of up-to-date integrated and consistent procurement data, monitoring and reporting on procurement performance, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and procedures.
* This is a demanding role that requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders, foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, strengths in designing and implementing effective organizations processes and modern procurement tools at a global level, and experience in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools
* Act as business process owner for strategic procurement
* Work with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process
* Oversight of the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and key stakeholders
* Lead, coordinate, and support overarching procurement projects and activities
* Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date integrated and consistent procurement data
* Monitor and report on procurement performance
* Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures
* Integration of new departments, functions, and companies into Meditec procurement organization
* Leading PMI activities for strategic procurement
* SUPPORTING INTERNAL AUDITS AND AUDITS FROM EXTERNAL AUTHORITIES
* National and international travel activities
