Responsibility and authority:
The Territory Manager -
Europe will have the responsibility for the sale of Tegus services and account management with the below key job responsibilities.
Key job responsibilities:
Develop and support on-site and centralized device and procedural training activities for clinical and commercial purposes Develop accounts through relations management and build rapport with key opinion leaders Establish, maintain and develop relationships with all customers (procurement chain & users) Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitive activities, provide input to the organization and execute appropriate actions and programs Help develop and expand the company's market position against competitors Achieve monthly and annual sales quota with maintenance of existing accounts and development of new accounts Achieve growth in streaming activities in existing accounts both “organic” and commercial Report on target account status, general business status and competitive activity on a weekly basis and supply Snr Management with a monthly report Provide technical assistance to physicians and provide continued training, in service, to physicians and staff ensuring correct technology usage Develop business with new industry clients Represent Tegus Medical during national and international meetings and congresses
Minimum skills:
Experienced in selling medical devices with a a strong network either in Neuroradiology (NR) / Interventional Cardiology (IC) or
Electrophysiology (EP) clinical communities Selling and negotiation skills Customer focus (eg. ability to develop and maintain trustworthy relationships) Drive for results Solution oriented Autonomy and accountability Team player (share knowledge and information, respect, positive mindset, readiness to help and support)
Minimum education
Bachelor Degree, preferably scientific or technical, or equivalent by experience
Minimum experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in selling high end Medical Devices, preferably in interventional neuroradiology, interventional cardiology or Interventional Radiology Field based experience essential
Other requirements
Ability to perform other activities in support of administration and territory planning Extensive travel required Fluent in English (oral and written) Fluent in German
Working conditions
Home office based with daily presence in the territory field Extensive national and some international travel
