To strengthen our finance organization, we are looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) to oversee financial operations and compliance for our legal entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with group-wide standards. Role Overview As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial integrity and performance of NACOS Marine’s local entity. You will ensure accurate statutory and group reporting, oversee audits and compliance, and support both the Managing Director and Group Finance in business administration and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment within a shared service center structure, collaborating closely with external partners and the global HQ finance team. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate company-level financial reporting in accordance with legal and group requirements (IFRS, Group Accounting Manual) Maintain the correctness of the local company’s financial and tax position, including P&L and balance sheet Liaise with external service providers for statutory accounting, income tax, VAT, and other local financial reporting Prepare and review financial information, analyses, and statutory reports for external stakeholders and authorities Lead and coordinate auditing processes (statutory and tax audits) Oversee monthly closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Support accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, transactions, and payments Collaborate closely with HQ on group consolidation, transfer pricing, and intercompany reconciliations Contribute to financial projects and system rollouts, including ERP (D365FO) implementation Support the Managing Director in business administration tasks and decision-making Key Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and statutory compliance Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and tax compliance (direct, indirect, transfer pricing) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) is an advantage Proven ability to operate in a global matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Why choose us and why we’d choose you?
