We are looking for a
Manager Testfield and Commissioning (SOT) (m/f/d)
with main responsibility to manage and lead the testfield and commissioning. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Germany, Rostock.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Manager Testfield and Commissioning (SOT)your work will include management, lead and optimization of the test field and commissioning with regard to processes, interfaces, tasks, technologies. Promotion of cooperation with adjacent departments and project organizations, design of interfaces. Personnel management and development, continuous capacity optimization. Activity in the test field, delivery to the customer and quality control. Reporting and controlling. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of a highly skilled, motivated and supporting team with diverse expertise.
Requirements for the position:
1. Solid experience in the test field and/or Commissioning
2. Strong electrical background
3. Well-founded system knowledge of low voltage switchboards
4. Customer contact experience
5. Leadership skills
6. High willingness to travel (about 50 % of working time)
