About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager with a performance-first mindset and deep experience across B2B growth channels. This is not a lifecycle or brand marketing role: it’s about building repeatable growth engines, experimenting with tactical GTM levers, and driving measurable pipeline. You’ll be instrumental in designing and executing growth programs that scale our go-to-market motion within the US. You know how to test fast, scale what works, and ruthlessly prioritize what moves the needle. Responsibilities Run high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other paid channels Optimize campaign ROI with sharp attribution models and full-funnel insights Design and iterate on lead capture flows using HubSpot, forms, and tracking tools Drive experiments across referral, partner, and outbound-driven tactics Identify and unlock scalable acquisition loops and growth engines Develop hypotheses, A/B tests, and metrics tracking to validate ideas Build BD-style partnerships and support product partnerships (nice to have) Support analyst outreach (Gartner, Forrester) to strengthen market credibility (nice to have) Lead with a US-first mindset and GTM targeting strategy aligned with US buyer behavior Requirements 3 years of experience in performance marketing, especially across LinkedIn and Google Strong track record in B2B marketing with proven pipeline and revenue impact Deep understanding of Sales-Led Growth strategy and execution Hands-on experience with HubSpot, attribution modeling, and lead capture flows Strong analytical skills and experimentation rigor Startup-stage comfort: Series A/B experience, scrappy and proactive Excellent collaboration and communication across marketing, sales, and product Nice to Have Experience with growth partnerships or BD Exposure to analyst relations and ecosystem marketing Familiarity with referral programs or outbound experimentation US GTM experience, especially in high ACV ($200K) sales What We're Not Looking For Lifecycle marketers focused only on CRM/email Corporate managers without hands-on experience PLG-only profiles with no sales motion exposure Freelancers looking to convert to full-time Shallow performance marketers without experimentation depth Location This role is a hybrid from Berlin (preferred), London, or New York Founded in Berlin in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI democratizes access to advanced voice AI with a no-code platform that lets enterprises easily create, deploy and scale natural-sounding, cost-effective voice agents tailored to their business needs.
