What you will do at Skyside as Dispatcher...
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Flight planning and preparation : calculating routes, calculating takeoff and landing performance/weights, calculating fuel requirements, analyzing weather conditions in relation to feasibility, obtaining landing and overflight permits, obtaining slots and parking permits, handling confirmation
* Crew support : Preparing flight briefings based on the above points, checking the compliance of all documents
* Coordination : Interface between the crew, ground handling, internal travel department, and internal sales team
* Flight monitoring : Ongoing monitoring of flights and providing support in the event of problems
* Owner support : Supporting and coordinating operations for owner flights or managed aircraft in the fleet
* Flight follow-up : Checking the completeness of all relevant documents

Your profile may include...
(but does not require)
* Completed training in the aviation sector (e.g., aviation business administrator) or preferably a license (FAA/EASA dispatch license or CPL/ATPL)
* Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aviation, at least 3 years of professional experience
* Languages: Business fluent in spoken and written English, German is an advantage
* Soft skills: High level of safety awareness, stress resistance, communication skills, customer-oriented approach, decisiveness, economic approach
* General: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, Willingness to work in the office and/or work from home with a few days of work in the office (Vienna/Hamburg)
