Your tasks
* Configure the SuccessFactors LMS Module
* Support data model design, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions
* Handle technical incidents, enhancements, and release testing
* Assist with data migration, reporting, and audit/compliance topics
* Document configurations and ensure documentation flow towards 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Your qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
* Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and administration
* Technical knowledge of XML, OData, APIs, and provisioning tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
* SuccessFactors certification is a plus
