Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive team responsible for managing client portfolios and developing skills in Luxembourg's dynamic fund environment.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Assist with the collection, analysis, verification, and maintenance of AML/KYC documentation for clients and investors.
o Prepare various working documents such as reports and spreadsheets.
o Maintain accurate filing through a document management system.
o Manage communications related to payments and prepare bank instructions.
o Conduct office management duties such as answering telephone calls and handling daily mail.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the Domiciliary Services team during quieter periods and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in Lux GAAP or IFRS.
The successful candidate will possess recent graduate qualifications in Accounting or Finance, fluency in English, and familiarity with Luxembourg legislation. Knowledge of French or German is an asset.
