About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented working student to support our Human Resources (HR) team. In this role, you will assist with HR administration, document management, and process optimization, gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR operations. If you are interested in HR, enjoy working with documents, and have an eye for detail, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Your Responsibilities
* Support HR administration, including document preparation and record-keeping
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions
* Help manage and review HR documents, contracts, and policies
* Assist in HR platform setup and maintenance
* Support with preparing presentations and reports related to HR topics
* Assist in tender document preparation and HR-related compliance tasks
* Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed
Your Profile
* Strong in IT Skills
* Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills
* Interest in HR processes, employee management, and documentation
* Preferred: Basic understanding of HR policies and labor regulations
* Fluent in English (written & spoken); speaking German is a plus
* Based in Hamburg
