Your Responsibilities
6. Define and drive the artistic vision, style, and quality standards across all HOLOGATE projects
7. Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary art team including 3D artists, concept artists, tech artists, animators, and UI/UX designers
8. Oversee all artistic production phases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visuals that align with project goals and technical constraints
9. Partner closely with Game Design, Technical Art, Development, Production, and Leadership to maintain a cohesive creative direction
10. Review and provide feedback on visual assets, ensuring consistency and excellence across characters, environments, VFX, UI, and animations
11. Develop and refine workflows, pipelines, and documentation to improve efficiency and collaboration
12. Stay up-to-date with artistic, technical, and industry trends to ensure HOLOGATE remains at the forefront of visual innovation
13. Collaborate with producers and stakeholders on resource planning, timelines, and strategic decision-making
14. Represent the Art Department in cross-studio discussions, championing visual quality and team growth
Your Profile
15. 5+ years of experience in a senior or lead art role within the games, VR/AR, film, or interactive media industry
16. Proven leadership experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary art teams
17. Strong artistic foundation with demonstrated expertise in 3D art, concept art, visual storytelling, and world-building
18. Excellent understanding of modern art pipelines and tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender/Maya/Max, Substance Suite, Photoshop, ZBrush)
19. Solid grasp of technical constraints and optimization processes for real-time engines
20. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
21. Ability to balance creative vision with production realities and technical limitations
22. A portfolio demonstrating strong artistic quality, visual direction, and leadership impact
Nice to Have
23. Experience with VR/AR or immersive/interactive media
24. Familiarity with animation pipelines, VFX, and shader workflows
25. Experience working in fast-paced, iterative production environments
26. Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling
