On behalf of our client – a large consulting services provider – is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support their DACH region operations—specifically Germany and Switzerland. This position offers the opportunity to be both strategic and hands-on, contributing directly to brand visibility, campaign execution, and regional growth across key service lines.
About the Role
This is a high-impact position ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a B2B environment and is passionate about executing campaigns that generate real business results. Working closely with local Sales and Solution teams, the successful candidate will help translate commercial goals into actionable marketing initiatives—ranging from digital campaigns and thought leadership content to event management and lead nurturing.
The individual will operate in a matrix environment and collaborate with regional marketing peers across multiple European countries. They will also liaise with global teams including digital, content, and design experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business priorities into integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the DACH market, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning.
* Execute and localize global and regional marketing initiatives, including paid media (especially LinkedIn), content distribution, and email marketing.
* Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, including webinars, corporate hospitality, and presence at industry conferences.
* Manage and grow the brand’s presence across German and Swiss LinkedIn channels, including content scheduling and performance tracking.
* Collaborate on the creation and localization of marketing and sales collateral (e.g., case studies, brochures, testimonials).
* Maintain and update regional website content and landing pages to align with brand and SEO strategy.
* Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure alignment and support on go-to-market activities.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign management, lead generation, and content creation.
* Proven success in event planning and execution, both physical and digital.
* Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management and localization strategies.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or agencies.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CRM/marketing automation platforms; Salesforce and Pardot are a plus.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
